Also known as Corpse Pose, savasana allows your body and mind to completely relax and release stress.

  1. Lie on your back with the bolster supporting your knees.
  2. Reach your arms out to the sides with your palms facing up. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then, find a natural breath. Release every muscle in your body and allow yourself to completely let go.
  3. Hold this pose for five minutes or longer.
