Even if you have a family history of heart disease or are simply trying to prevent it, this one should be at the top of your shopping list, Ansel suggests. Watermelon

The citrulline is an amino acid that the body uses to produce nitric oxide, which in turn helps in keeping your blood vessels relaxed and pliable.
