Preparation:

If you want to successfully recover from flu or bronchitis you’ll need to cook 3 chopped, fresh bay leafs in 250 ml of cold water. When the water boils, leave it to cool off for 10 minutes. Afterwards drain the contents and add 1 tea spoon of lemon juice and 2 tea spoons of honey.
Drink the bay leaf tea 2-3 times a day until fully recovered. As mentioned previously, prepare 250 ml of it.
