This was actually one of the first benefits that I’ve noticed when we changed to the plant-based way of life, and we  are happy to say that because who doesn’t want beautiful shiny hair and stronger nails?

  • Some things to add to your new vegan routine , that adds keratin and proteins to make your hair stronger. All you need is 1 scoop of it in your smoothies and you will get a simple boost.
  • Another thing to add to your routine is fresh blueberries. Blueberries add the extra antioxidants your body needs and they help protect your bodies cells from free radical damage.
