Steps to shrink large pores

  1. Start with passing hot steam. Many a time pores look bigger in appearance due to the dirt and oils clogged in it. Hence, one should first clean the pores and then think of shrinking them. To start with deep cleansing, first pass steam to your skin. The advantage of passing steam is it loosens the hard stuck impurities in our skin pores.   1. Diet is important. A proper healthy diet is vital for getting healthy and nourished skin. Have foods with antioxidants, vitamin A, C and E. Antioxidants will repair the damaged skin and prevent fine lines and pores on face. Foods like berries, tomato and are good source of antioxidants. Vitamin C helps build collagen that will seal your pores, giving you a brighter tone. The healthier you eat, healthier your skin will become and hence diet is very important.
  2. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out. Use a sunscreen before leaving your house. Sun is a major skin damager that reduces the collagen and moisture leaving skin damaged.
