3. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR FOR ARTHRITIS

Ingredients:

  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Warm water

Directions:

  • Get 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Mix both of these in a cup of warm water
  • Make a solution and drink it daily in the morning

4. GINGER

It is a great ingredient for the treatment of arthritis because of it’s natural anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients:

  • Dried ginger
  • caraway seed powder
  • black pepper powder

Direction:
